Description:
This repository contains R code used to analyze the data and produce figures presented in: Allen et al. (2018) "Similarity of stream width distributions across headwater systems" published in Nature Communications (DOI: 10.1038/s41467-018-02991-w).

To run:

• Download this repository into your working directory.
• Download raw field data into the same working directory (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.1034384).
• Open the R script: "smallStreamsAnalysis.R".
• Set workingDir variable to your working directory path and save.
• Run "smallStreamsAnalysis.R" to reproduce figures and analysis.
