enhanced PS/2 w. ALTGR

This release allows to use certain modern PS/2 Keyboards, which require a reset signal, before working properly.
It also allow the Usage of the right ALT key as ALTGR for reaching some special keys on european Keyboard layouts.
The tables are adoptedto GERMAN layout.
