This updates the Shopify source plugin to resolve build errors when running or rebuilding the site.

It also adds a note for orders about COVID-19. Some countries are affected and this refers them to a link about countries where orders are delayed or not possible.

I'm curious why the Gatsby Cloud build is failing because I'm having no issues building and locally and not getting any errors either.

I'm going to try pushing to another branch to try and get a successful build first.

Another identical branch is failing to build with an obscure error while it builds no problem on my machine.

Was able to resolve the builds on Gatsby Cloud by adjusting Env Variables in the Cloud product.

Tests pass, site builds, and this resolves some old warnings by upgrading packages. A failed build wouldn't be deployed anyway so I'm YOLO approving/merging this on my own 😬
