Update for Android 13 compatibility

I honestly don't know if this is the best way to do this but this got the app building on my own Pixel 4a. I do still have one issue where I tap the app icon and it says App not installed but I've been able to get around that by opening the app settings and tapping the Open option there.

Does the current app not install properly on Android 13? We're really behind on OS support so this helps a lot! Is there any chance you can set up CI/CD through Github actions? Otherwise it'll be a bit before I can build and test this out myself.

It wasn't working for me without the above updates. The main reason I built the app was because the app store wouldn't let me download it and I just started GU and wanted to try out the app 😅 . I can try to help set up CI/CD sometime in the next couple of weeks. I'm a bit busy for the next week or so.
