What would you like to be added:
We have an integration tests framework on GoLang enabled with #618. However, this is yet to be adopted by the OOT providers. This is an umbrella issue to track the migrations.

  • Openstack

Why is this needed:
To get rid of the in-tree bash scripts.

Openstack clusters are currently not accessible from Public concourse, so pausing the issue till then
