First production release

This release is the first production release of Galaxy-Ecology tools.

How to install tools

Galaxy-Ecology tools are exposed in the Galaxy main toolshed through the ecology owner, accessible on this dedicated space.

Where I can use it

Users can access these tools on these Galaxy servers proposing Galaxy-Ecology subdomains:

• European Galaxy instance ecology.usegalaxy.eu operated by German Freiburg university as part of German Network for Bioinformatics Infrastructure (de.NBI)
• French Galaxy instance https://ecology.usegalaxy.fr/ operated by French Institute for Bioinformatics IFB infrastructure
  Some of these tools can be used through others Galaxy servers.
  Finally, you can install these tools on your own Galaxy instance.
