This pull request is suspiciously similar to the code I provided in pull request #316. I put some effort into collecting all the data and formatting it for use with Faker and would like to alteast have my name as a co-author of this pull request if it gets merged instead of mine.

I understand that if I just let my pull request sit without getting merged I should let others continue it, and I'm fine with that, but @bjorkgard seems to have mostly just copied my code and put his name on it which is not OK in my book.
@bjorkgard Is it a coincidence that the code in this pull request is almost precisely the same code as in my pull request, and if not, why have you put your name as author in it?

I just merged #316, and I'm closing this one. Feel free to open a new one with any additional providers not in #316.
