This updates the addon to work with Kodi Matrix and Nexus. Thanks @daanvandevliet and @SmellyCat69.

Also adds an autogenerated color to the names of the providers. This gives a similar feel as Elementum Burst, but the colors are randomly generated (they will always be the same for the same providers). This will not match the colors of Elementum Burst for the same providers.
