Hi there!
I've started a change log and moved the README.md to README.rst to make a transition to possibly use Sphinx.
I also refactored some things, but the parsing of commands remains untouched.. I try not to experiment too much to manage at least the refactor.
The goal is to have support for Windows' strange
ipconfigoutput.
