Timing is not calculated correctly when updating #326

When doing an update, you get the total time taken at the end. This is always significantly less than it really takes e.g. takes over 2 minutes, but says 15.71s.

Why is the output verbose: "6 minutes, 18 seconds - ready"?

Yes it's human readable. It's OK.
