The CI build is broken for Mono, seeing if this works.

Unfortunately I broke that in FAKE 3 you need to use FAKE 2 for now.fsprojects/FAKE#500

https://github.com/fsharp/FAKE/blob/master/src/app/FakeLib/FSIHelper.fs#L101 this is where it breaks. Is -d supported in FCS?

Please retry with FAKE 3.2.1

The CI was actually broken on all platforms. It seems to now be working with latest FAKE
