v0.9.5-prerelease-alpha

The COG Fetch, COG Explore, GDVSpectra Likelihood, GDVSpectra Threshold, GDVSpectra Trend, GDVSpectra CVA, Phenolopy Metrics and Nicher SDM, VegFrax and Ensemble modules have been heavily cleaned, bug fixed and tested.

These tools should now be highly trustworthy.
