web captive portal with no FP sensor connected

I am exploring your solution and I am trying to connect to the wifi captive portal without a finger print sensor connected.
While doing so and connecting to the AP I receive an error in my web browser that the page cannot be found. When doing a "reload" I can see for less than 1 second a line with a "link" but it disappears and replaced with an error page of the browser.
Could you help resolve the error so I could configure all settings properly?
