Tor2Web warning issues

So there are some issues with how the Tor2Web warnings appear, namely that .header-warning sometimes appears multiple times, and can have styling errors:

@micahflee and I discussed this (and the design of flashed messages in general) at the last hack night. This should be resolved as part of his pending "UI refresh" PR.

Note: Onion.to is without any servers available after recent takedown, if you can donate or find prominent hacktivism group to take care of that by making it running again, we made a twitter call for support but w/out any success. Tor2web is suffering a bit.

@fpietrosanti Let's talk about this on jabber. Short answer: I can't fund server acquisition right now, but have some ideas.
