Towards freedomofpress/securedrop-workstation#548

Provides the dom0 rpm for the 0.2.4 release as well as 0.3.0~rc1.

Build logs: freedomofpress/build-logs@13531df

  • All CI-built rpm packages are removed
  • CI is passing (this checks to ensure the RPMs are correctly signed with the test key)
  • 0.2.4 is the production rpm artifact (can be checked with rpm --delsign, compared with freedomofpress/build-logs@d5b795f )
  • Build logs above match the unsigned version of the 0.3.0~rc1 rpm

As usual, I used rpm --delsign <rpm> locally, then sha256sum <rpm> to compare the hashes in the build logs. Also confirmed that the sig-checking script used in CI passed locally on all artifacts.
