Problem

Today's Source UI needs to be learned about via proxy users. Because we do not have defined user profiles for Sources, perhaps creating those first would help—but the more urgent issue is simply getting the UI in front of several "average" users, to collect structured feedback.

In September the SD team will be gathering for an off-site, and a workshop to chart the Source's journey will be endeavored—as well as extended discussion to re-think the Source UI. Research evidence to support these exercises, would be muio helpful.

Solution

$1500 has been budgeted to conduct user testing. This may be done via online resources such as usertesting.com, userfeel.com, via targeted recruiting and 1:1 meetups, or via coffee shop or event intercepts.
