child issue w/in #102

Problem

Some newsrooms don't use peripheral storage transfer devices in their daily workflows. Those newsrooms will need to be able to get messages and files into networked or post-processing VMs, to support their workflows with Sources and colleagues.

Solution

An intuitive and simple means to get messages and files into another VM, in an easy-to-discover and clear to find later thingy I'll finish this sentence later because I just got called-up in Sprint planning!
