lpadmin: Printer drivers are deprecated and will stop working in a future version of CUPS

When trying to print on bullseye, we invoke lpadmin to add the printer, it responds with a deprecation warning and aborts the printing process:

Just removing "-P", printer_ppd, from the lpadmin arguments allows me to print but there's a good chance that more code can (and should) be removed.
