fixup! Reorganize docs by Divio's system

- remove periods at the end of items in unordered lists, unless
  an complete sentence follows.
- keep periods at the end of sentences in how-to (ordered) lists
- correct a couple of prepositions (in/into, -/for)
- replace ambiguous coordinating conjunction (but/and)
- rephrase long sentence
- simplify how-to instruction
