Follow-up to #198. We've got a package called securedrop-workstation-viewer that replaces securedrop-workstation-svs-disp entirely. The latter package should not exist anymore, but we're still building nightlies for it. Let's get rid of it and remove the associated logic completely.

any live code under the "freedomofpress" GitHub organization.

Closes #236.
