Towards freedomofpress/securedrop#5111

Config can be found in freedomofpress/ansible-role-grsecurity-build#57

Testing

Run $ dpkg-deb -f core/xenial/securedrop-grsec-4.14.175-amd64.deb Depends:

Includes metapackage version bump, so staging servers will pull in the
new image upon merge.

Updated metapackage with new "Depends" field. See test plan for specific checks to confirm the artifact matches what's discussed in freedomofpress/securedrop#5111

LGTM, based on test plan and discussion/review in freedomofpress/securedrop#5188

  • Confirm linux-image-4.14.175-grsec-securedrop is in the list (new image)
  • Confirm linux-image-4.14.154-grsec-securedrop is in the list (previous version)
  • Confirm 4.4.x kernels are absent (removed in this metapackage, see discussion in
