Add build logs for SecureDrop 1.4.0-rc1

Intentional rebuild of 1.4.0-rc1, since the first attempt
was based on the wrong commit (caught during package review
thanks to the build logs!).

The builder image still needs security updates, we'll handle those for rc2.
