Updates GCC and Intel intrinsics (these include most Intel intrinsics in IFPORT and IFCORE which in GCC are listed as GNU extension. GNU extensions are available for autocompletetion globally not only when IFPORT and IFCORE are included.)
Adds sphinx documentation

When loading a file from disk the pp_contents of the file would be overwritten by the contents_split regardless if the file had not changed. This has now been fixed. Also removes unused arg in `process_file`

Adds support for GNU extensions, F2008, F2018

This is still not complete and ideally we should parser everything as a fortran object.
