Add write permissions for contents and pull-requests. Introduce a Dependabot job to auto-merge PRs for semver-patch. Ensure concurrency control for workflow runs.
Add a new GitHub Actions workflow for CodeQL analysis. This workflow triggers on pushes and PRs to main and release branches, and on a weekly schedule. It initializes and runs CodeQL analysis on Go code, with the flexibility to extend to other languages.
