[Feature][UI] Show all executions across a Project/Domain

Motivation: Why do you think this is important?
There are a few use cases where it is useful to see all recent executions across a project/domain combo (particularly those that are currently in progress). The current workflow-specific executions table is just a filtered view of this more general use case.

Goal: What should the final outcome look like, ideally?
At the Project Details level, it should be possible to view a table of all executions within the selected project/domain combination.

[Optional] Propose: Link/Inline

• Add another section along the left side of the project details view (next to Workflows and Tasks) named Executions. Clicking it will show an interface where the user can select a Domain and view an Executions table for all executions within that domain
• (Optional) Add the ability to automatically refresh this table on an interval, or a button to allow manually refreshing the table. Alternatively, make it possible to refresh status on whatever non-terminal items are visible in the viewport at any given time.
