[UI Feature] Add support for "archive" workflow execution

Motivation: Why do you think this is important?

Archiving workflow execution will allow user to clean-up failed and discarded executions from their view.

Goal: What should the final outcome look like, ideally?

The input/Output and Archive options would be presented as icon buttons in Workflow's Execution table list, and will be visible only on hover.
Clicking Archive button will trigger in-line confirmation. After confirmation - item would be marked as archived, and won't be visible in regular list.
Addition "only archived" filter would be added to workflow execution table which will allow to browse all archived executions and unarchive one if needed.
