[Housekeeping] Open source functional test

Describe the issue

Currently flyte uses flyteorg/flytetools for testing all component, but flytetools is not actively maintained, @eapolinario is working on functional test script that will test all flytesnacks example against any cluster, Currently new functional test script is used for testing aws cluster nightly.

After this we can archive flyteorg/flytetools repository

What if we do not do this?

flyteorg/flytetools is not actively maintained and we will miss some test cases in that case
