[FlyteCTL Feature] Update project description and name

Describe the feature/command for FlyteCTL

flytectl update project currently only allows archiving or activating projects according to the docs

"Updates the project according the flags passed. Allows you to archive or activate a project. Activates project named flytesnacks."

It would be great if it allowed for updating other project attributes, such as the description and name.
