Crash app if missing accesstoken #40

Atm if an accesstoken is missing, the app opens but no map is rendered. This can be confusing, let make this more explicit by crashing the app if not accesstoken was provided.

We may not necessary want to use a accesstoken if we have our own tiles services provider?

@fatalcaron you are correct, let's just crash the example app not the sdk :)
