Describe the bug

From @carenwatkins:

I … noticed that our lovely sidebar of Inclusive Design Toolkits and Guides that runs on all pages is now empty of the list and links: https://handbook.floeproject.org/about/ I suspect it got wiped out when the resources interface was changed – it looks like you’re using the database built for co-op and other projects. How can we get our sidebar back?

To reproduce

  1. Visit https://handbook.floeproject.org/about/
  2. Observe that sidebar has no links in it.

Expected behavior

Links should appear.
