Spike usage of CloudTrail API as alternative data source

Some users in larger organisations do not have access to the CloudTrail Logs in S3 but have access to CloudTrail in their own account. For them it might be helpful to get events from the API

Note: Looks like this API supports less events than the logs (see #10 for details)

Added feature to pull data directly when generating policy. Basically works but of limited use when read-operations are not part of the dataset. Could be more helpful once #22 is implemented
