I'm running Fedora 40 on an M1 Macbook air (via asahi), so this is Arm64. I have the fractional scaling set to 175%.
The flatpak will run, and in native wayland (great job!), but when maximizing the app, there is a gap on all edges of it.
Running the appimage on the same machine does not do this, so it must be an issue with this version of beekeeper or something about the flatpak

Seems to be the same issue as #33. Try the workaround I mentioned there.
