Issues running on Gnome Wayland

After #31, when the app's menu style is set to 'Native', the titlebar falls back to the Adwaita theme and the minimise/maximise/close buttons do not work. When maximising the window (Super+Up or double-clicking the titlebar), it doesn't entirely fill the screen, there is empty space around the window.

Issue was initially reported at beekeeper-studio/beekeeper-studio#2299 and reproduced on Fedora 40, Ubuntu 24.04 and Arch (all with Gnome). Issue does not occur when the app is installed as .deb, Snap or AppImage.

Installing an older version from Flathub fixes the issue, as does removing Wayland permission from the app (e.g. with Flatseal).
