Currently, we cache the user's list of permissions through
hasPermissionandhasPermissionLike. This is unnecessary duplication when we could just cache it ingetPermissionsdirectly. Furthermore, caching throughgetPermissionsspeeds upgetPermission, for obvious reasons.This came up in flarum/tags#126 (comment)
