PR 설명
action 수정 및 prettier 설정 했습니다.
action의 경우 pull request target 이벤트를 삭제하고 github에서 제공해주는 action 옵션을 사용할 예정입니다.
prettier의 경우 assets 파일에 .json 형태의 Lottie 파일이 들어갈 경우에 워닝이 뜨는걸 확인했습니다.
prettier ignore 파일에 **/assets 을 추가하여 assets 폴더 내 모든 파일들은 확인 목록에서 제거하도록 했습니다
