add a function to limit stride #1029

歩幅を制限できるようにしました.
なお,内側に関しては,旋回時等の足平同士の干渉を考慮して,足平が許容領域に入っているかでみています.

これって、この方式と従来の頭打ち方法と切り替え可能なんでしたっけ?
また、テストみたいなのもあるといいですね。

のことでしょうか?
であれば,すみません.オフラインでgopos時にも使えると話したのは勘違いしていました.
今回のは,目標終端位置からfootstepを生成する際に用いるものではなく,
goPosやsetFootStepsの結果得られたfootstepに対して,
歩幅を満たすかを判定し満たさない場合(頭打ちして)footstepを上書くようにしたものになります.

主に,上位層がいい加減なsetFootStepsを送ってしまった場合や着地位置補正時の利用を想定しています.
