PR intention
Qt button in Preferences -> Wallet that sets
-zapwalletmints(clear mints, clear transactions, reindex) in the daemon. conf setting is applied on a restart. Screens:Warning is shown when clicked, "Cancel" unticks the box. Setting is reset after restart.
