A better splash example for the Perspective gh-pages site.
CSS fix for a bad interaction of docosaurus && perspective-viewer.
Fixes for D3FC layout & styling.
Transpose d3_y_line chart so null sequences are connected

Fixed a thusly discovered memory leak.
Removed HighCharts references from the examples and docs, except in describing the package contents.
