Puppeteer test can now be run locally (without Docker) via the
toggle_puppeteeryarn script, which will toggle your dev environment between LOCAL and DOCKER modes:This PR also adds
results.darwin.jsonfiles for OSX, and a__GIT_COMMIT__tag to eachresults.jsonfile which tracks the commit the file was generated from.
