Adds UI tests for perspective-viewer, perspective-viewer-hypergrid and perspective-viewer-highcharts. Current tests load a viewer, interact with controls and then take a screenshot, comparing the screenshot's hash to the expected result. A new task 'write_tests' will update these hashes to the current outputs.
Tests are written in Jest, and run via Puppeteer (for Chrome Headless) and Docker (for OS environment consistency).
