A new
<perspective-viewer>plugin for the OpenLayers (olfrom NPM) API, forked from @DevAndyLee's awesomeperspective-viewer-mapsplugin, updated to the latest perspective spec and plugin API. Only "Map Points" (now renamed "OpenStreetMap - Map Scatter") has been enabled for this intermediate PR - a future PR should add in regions (both through KML and embedded shapes columns), and heatmap versions.Enabled for the JupyterLab plugin (addressing #1880, but without any specific geopandas support yet, not sure this is pending).

evictions, showing eviction data sourced directly fromhttps://data.sfgov.org/
