Local drive side bar automatically closed on launch #7728

Description

I use Files 2.1.2.0 on win11 22000.376 and find that every time I open Files, the local drive side bar isn't open, but leave the arrow up. It seems to have some problem.
Thanks.

Steps To Reproduce

No response

Expected behavior

The side bar should be in the same state I close File last time.

Files Version

版本: 2.1.2.0 OS Version: 10.0.22000.376

Windows Version

Windows 11 21H2 22000.376
