Opening that URL leads to

open webui/index.html: file does not exist

Manually running the webui doesn't help with this address, however it is able to display the dashboard from the address the webui announced.

I think you need to run scripts/download-webui.sh to download WebUI assets if you want to run the node locally.

After you figure this out, could you please update our Developer's Guide in README?
https://github.com/filecoin-project/saturn-l2#developers-guide

I think we may also need to update .gitignore config to ignore downloaded assets.
