- Enable the OK button at all times, even if specified paths are tagged as invalid - improve the detection of repeated file separators in specified file paths
Hopefully this will circumvent fiji#26
… session With multiple displays, this is likely to only work with the main one, but at least will work on Windows hiDPI displays (as per fiji#26)

This addresses #26, #27, an issue in which rendering of skeletonize paths would fail when path touched image boundaries, and another minor issue with preferences reloading
