Plugin priority list

Here's a list of plugins we'd like to include, in approximate order of priority: * * *

As a first shout, I'd like FigShare in there. The Mediawiki API makes it pretty accesible http://figshare.com/figures/api.php. However this is for selfish reasons and I would happily fall down the list for other suggestions which we agree are more important.
