Works with node now, as well as AMD modules, defaults to window though
like it did before.
In case you're wondering why I added support for node, it's because it's
used by things like atom-electron and nw.js where node is also working in the frontend.
Will not affect the end user in any way, people can use it the same way they have before without changing their code, but now people can also use it with node and requirejs
