Summary

What we're after:
We've got two www redirects to test after that PR is merged and the related release (23.3?) is deployed.

#5965
fecgov/fec-proxy#387

Completion criteria

  • Redirects done in above PR tested to ensure they are working (www).
    - [ ] If redirects are not working, do what is needed to fix them.
  • Spreadsheet updated thoroughly to note testing and fixes.
