Summary

What we're after:
The Commission would like a dedicated page for posting pending policy initiatives for comment, similar to the pending rulemaking page.

Completion criteria

  • Page is created and linked on main policy and other guidance page with internal button in the "requests for comments" section
  • Documentation for Policy page updating is updated to add the new procedure.
