What we're after:
As a user of legal resources, I need to access the latest policy and guidance items approved by the FEC.

Completion criteria

• Policy page is updated to move these items from "Proposals" to the areas indicated by OCS and OGC

MOU between FEC and DOJ - Done
Press Office handling of complaints - Done

• Related PDFs are posted (and remediated as needed for 508)
• Related FR notices are uploaded and linked
• Links on related pages (enforcement) are added as requested by OGC

The FR notice was published today and uploaded/linked on FEC.gov. OGC Enforcement did not indicate where else they might want this link. If they do request a link, we can always add it. Closing ticket.
