Draft update to memo entry/memo item and memo text glossary definitions

What were you trying to do and how can we improve it?

The definition for memo entry/memo item should not include that it is used for providing supplementary or explanatory information. That is the definition of memo text. The definition for memo entry/memo item should only include the last sentence. It is simply a way to mark a transaction so that dollar amount is not incorporated into the total figure for the schedule.
